In order to fully capture the information of disease similarity, lncRNA similarity, and known lncRNA–disease associations, we integrated the projection scores on lncRNA space ( $L D_{n l \times n d}^{(p l)}$ ) and the projection scores on disease space ( $L D_{n d \times n l}^{(p d)}$ ) to obtain the final prediction scores ( $L D_{n l \times n d}^{(f)}$ ) with detailed definition as follows:
