The TFCP2 binding motif was acquired from the JASPAR database (Fornes et al., 2020). Potential TFCP2-binding methyltransferase/acetyltransferase was detected using the STRING database (Szklarczyk et al., 2019). Kaplan–Meier survival plots of FTL were obtained from the KM plotter database (Nagy et al., 2021). The FIMO tool was used to find the binding site of transcription factors in the promoter (Grant et al., 2011).
