Survival analysis

Overall survival (OS) analysis of genes regulated by miR-183-5p and relating to cancer was employed by Kaplan-Meier (KM) plotter analysis (http://kmplot.com/analysis/), and included clinical data and gene expression information from 415 STAD patients (19). Subsequently, information on the number of cases along with median values of mRNA expression levels, hazard ratio (HR) with a 95% confidence interval (CI), and log-rank P values were extracted from the KM plotter webpage. Statistical significance was considered when P<0.05.
