Cells (2×103/well, 100 µL) were inoculated with complete medium in 96-wellplates. A total of 10 µL CCK-8 reagent (Dojindo, Tokyo, Japan) was added to each well at 24, 48, 72, and 96 h, respectively, and incubated for 1 h at 37 °C. Absorbance at 450 nm was calculated using a spectrophotometer.
