In vivo metastasis model

For determine metastasis in vivo, the mice were randomly divided into LV5 and circ_0058106-OE group, each group contained 5 mice. LV5 and circ_0058106-OE Fadu cells were cultured and cells in the logarithmic phase were digested and resuspended in PBS. The cell density was adjusted to 5 × 106/ml, and 0.1 ml was injected into 6-week-old female nude mice on the lateral tail vein. After 6 weeks, the mice were sacrificed and lung tissues were collected for HE staining.
