THP-1 macrophages were plated at 5 × 103 cells/well, differentiated with PMA and stimulated. After 24 h CyQUANT LDH Cytotoxicity Assay (Thermo Fisher Scientific) was performed following the manufacturer’s instructions. Plates were measured with Hidex sense microplate reader at 490 nm–680 nm.
