Heparin-immobilized beads (Heparin Sepharose: 6 Fast Flow, 17-0998-01) was purchased from GE Healthcare (Uppsala, Sweden). An anti sFLT1 mouse monoclonal antibody KM175042, which recognizes the 2–3-Ig regions of the human FLT1, was used as the primary antibody. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled anti-mouse immunoglobulin goat serum (ab6789, Abcam, Cambridge, UK) was used as the secondary antibody. HRP assay solution (Substrate Reagent Pack, DY999) was obtained from R&D Systems (Minneapolis, U.S.A.), and two sFLT1-ELISA kits were purchased from Invitrogen (California, U.S.A.) and R&D Systems.
