CO2/H2S recovery or split fraction (R) indicates the recovery efficiency of CO2/H2S from the total CO2/H2S feed supplied to the reactor and is calculated by the following equation (eq 1).52

where nCO2/H2SF represents the moles of CO2 or H2S in the feed gas and nCO2/H2SV represents the moles of CO2 or H2S in the gas phase at the end of the experiments.
