Analysis of: AChE and BuChE were determined using the method proposed previously by Wojdyło et al.30. The substrate of acetylcholine iodine and butylcholine chloride is hydrolyzed by the enzyme to thiocholine, which reacts with 5,5'-dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid) to produce 2-nitrobenzoate-5-mercaptothiocholine and 5-thio-2-nitrobenzoate detected at 405 nm. The results are expressed as % of inhibition.
