Conway medium was prepared by following proportions of Table 3 (modified from [1]). Microalgae culture media was prepared by adding main mineral nutrients (solution A) 1 mL, trace metal nutrients (solution B) 0.5 mL and vitamins (solution C) 0.1 mL in 1 L filtered and sterilized seawater.
