RAW 264.7 murine male macrophage-like cell line was obtained from the UC Berkeley Cell Culture Facility. Cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 media (Corning) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (HI-FBS, Thermo Fisher Scientific) and 1% Pen-Strep (Thermo Fisher Scientific) in non-tissue culture-treated 10 cm dishes (VWR) at 37°C, 5% CO2.
