The HR with log-rank test was used for survival analysis. Spearman's rank correlation test was used to evaluate the correlation of gene expression in tumor tissues compared with normal tissues, and the strength of the association was determined using the absolute values. One-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post hoc test was used to evaluate the difference in >2 groups. P<0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference.
