The amino acid sequences of the selected UGTs, including 107 UGTs of A. thaliana, 137 UGTs of L. usitatissimum, and 91 putative UGTs of E. ulmoides, along with UGT708C1 as a member of phylogenetic group R [70] and UGTPg36 as a member of phylogenetic group O [71], were aligned by ClustalW in MEGAX software [79]. Then, the output file was used to construct a neighbor-joining tree with the p-distance method and pairwise deletion.
