After 48 h of infection with adenoviral vectors (sh-sc or sh-Klf15), NRVMs were challenged with different stressors (H2O2 for 2 h, ethanol for 6 h, 4HNE for 8 h). At the end of treatment, the supernatant was collected for LDH assay following the manufacturer’s instructions (Roche, Basel, Basel-Stadt, Switzerland). n = 4, data presented as mean ± SEM.
