2.8. Colony formation assay

KYSE150-Vector, KYSE150-TDO2, KYSE450-Vector, or KYSE450-TDO2 cells were seeded into a 6-well plate with 500 cells/well. After 10 days of culture, the cells were fixed with methanol and stained with 0.5% crystal violet, and then the colonies of cells were counted. The results are expressed as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments.
