Mouse LPS endotoxin, lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP), IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were provided by Jianglai Industrial Limited By Share Ltd., Shanghai, China. All the experimental procedures were performed following the instructions recommended by the manufacturer. The cytokine concentrations were calculated by standard protein concentration.
