Univariate Cox-regression was performed with each individual imaging feature, clinical data, and tumor grade used to assess survival hazard coefficients. Tumor grade and type were not used in the analysis detailed below.
Iterative Bayesian survival analysis was undertaken using the iterative BMAsurv package in R using fivefold stratified cross validation to determine the posterior probabilities and coefficients of the top 5 imaging features that best describe the survival data25. Iterative analysis including up to 15 data features in combination at any one time.
