Data were analyzed using the SAS program (ver. 9.2; SAS Institute, Cary, NC, USA). T-test was performed to comparing means of treatment (marination) and a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed for data of storage time. Significant differences was determined by Tukey’s test (p<0.05). Additionally, a two-way ANOVA was carried out to evaluate any interactions between treatment and storage.
