For the CCK‐8 assay, briefly, after seeding the TNBC cells in a 96‐well plate, 10 μl of CCK‐8 reagent was added and co‐incubated with transfected TNBC cells. The optical density (OD) was determined at 450 nm using a microplate reader (Männedorf, Zurich, Switzerland).
