X-ray diffraction studies of biosynthesized AgNPs was carried out to understand the crystalline nature of the particles. The XRD pattern of synthesized AgNPs in shown in Fig. 3, it reveals three distinct reflections in the diffractogram at at 23.83° (111), 44.14° (311), and 51.15° (422), respectively, which indicates that the particles are crystalline in nature with face central cubic structure. And it is also concluded that there are no additional reflections other than Ag lattice, thus indicates that the AgNPs are very stable and are not affected by any other molecules present in the root extract (Philip 2011).
