The following plasmids (0.5 μg) were transiently transfected into COS-7 cells (1 × 105 cells/well) using Lipofectamine 2000 (Invitrogen, MA, USA), and luciferase assays were performed using the Dual-Glo Luciferase assay system (Promega, WI, USA) 24 h after transfection. Effector plasmids were RORα-pCIneo, RORα-Y507A-pCIneo, full-length YAP2-pCIneo, and YAPdeltaC-pCIneo, and the reporter plasmid was NRD1-RORE-pGreenfire.
