The viability of drug-treated cell lines harboring wild type, mutant, or no p53 was assessed using CellTiter-Glo Luminescent Cell Viability Assay (Promega, cat# G7571). 5000 cells per well were seeded in a 96-well plate format. Following overnight incubation, cells were treated with the indicated drugs. Cell viability was measured 24 or 48 hours after drug treatment. At least three parallel experiments were performed in triplicate per cell line per condition.
