For imaging studies, mice received 1 IV administration of 300 μCi of 99mTc pertechnetate and were imaged 1 hour later on a micro-SPECT/CT scanner (MI Labs). DICOM data files were analyzed by Imanis Life Sciences to generate a normalized data set for comparison of virus intratumor distribution between treatment groups.
