The Generalized Anxiety Disorder‐7 (GAD‐7) is a 7‐item self‐report measure of generalized anxiety disorder symptoms over the past two weeks that range from 0 (“Not at All”) to 3 (“Nearly Every Day”). Total score ranges from 0 to 21. It has good convergent validity with other anxiety scales and excellent test‐retest reliability (intra‐class correlation = .83; Spitzer et al., 2006). In the present study, the internal consistency was .92. The average number of non‐disclosed/imputed items across participants was 0.22%.
