Real-time monitoring of cellular proliferation

We employed the ‘xCELLigence’ system (ACEA Biosciences) to monitor CRC cell proliferation as previously described [12]. Briefly, cells were seeded in E-plates at a density of 8000 cells/well and transfected with plasmid and/or siRNA at standard incubator condition. Cells were resumed monitoring till cell growth hit a plateau.
