Normal human oral mucosal epithelial cells (NHOK) and four OSCC cells HN4, HN6, SCC-25, and CAL-27 were purchased from Shanghai Huiying Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (China). They were cultured with DMEM medium (Gibco, USA) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (Gibco, USA) in an incubator at 37°C and 5% CO2 saturated humidity.
