BV2 microglial cells were seeded at a density of 1 × 104 cells/mL and transiently transfected with 10 nM p62 siRNA (sip62) and control siRNA (siCON) duplex (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) with G-Fectin Transfection Reagent (Genolution Pharmaceuticals Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea) according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
