MRPL12 ubiquitin in situ detection was carried out by using DuolinkTM In Situ PLA kit (Sigma, DUO92101), in combination with mouse anti-MRPL12 antibody and rabbit anti-ubiquitin antibody (Proteintech, 10201-2-AP, 1:200) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
