Oxygen consumption rate (OCR) was assessed using Seahorse XF Cell Mito Stress Test Kit (Agilent Technologies, 103015-100) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Before the assay, an equal number of cells (104/well) were transferred into Seahorse plate. Also, 2 μM oligomycin, 1.5 μM FCCP [carbonyl cyanide 4-(trifluoromethoxy) phenylhydrazone], 0.5 μM rotenone, and 0.5 μM antimycin were used in the assay.
