Statistical analysis of data obtained from in vitro and in vivo experiments was done using one way ANOVA followed by Tukey's post hoc test using Origin Pro 8 software. The significance level was set at p < 0.05. The quantitated values were represented as graphs with mean ± standard deviation (SD).
