Cell viability was measured using CCK-8 assay. Briefly, 104 H9c2 cells were seeded in each well of 96-well plates. After treatment, CCK-8 reagent (Sigma, St. Louis, MO, United States) was added to each well at a final concentration of 100 μl/ml for 2 h. The absorbance at 450 nm was read using a microplate reader.
