Mice aged between 6–10 weeks were used for all experiments. Permission to perform these experiments was obtained from the Veterinäramt of the canton of Zürich (154/2018). The animals used were either wild-type, or ROSA26tdTom transgenic animals, both of which were bred on a C57Bl/6 background
