Cell viability was measured with an automatic cell counter according to the manufacture’s instruction. Cells were harvested and suspended, and mixed with equal volume of 0.4% trypan blue in PBS. Ten μl of the cell suspension was loaded onto TC20 system (Bio-Rad) counting slides, and the number of viable cells was quantified on a TC20 automated cell counter (Bio-Rad).
