Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay

ChIP assays were executed in AAV-GHR mice using the EZ Magna ChIP kit (Millipore, USA) according to the manufacturer's protocol. Anti-STAT5 or anti-HIF1α was used to precipitate DNA fragments, respectively. PCR was carried out to analyze the binding site of STAT5 or HIF1α. CCND1 SRE or VEGF HRE was respectively used as a positive control. A primer set for non-SRE or non-HRE region was used as a negative control. ChIP primers are presented in Table S4.
