2.5. Cell Culture

Subcutaneous adipose tissue was collected under sterile conditions from the neck and back of the piglets. Primary porcine preadipocytes were obtained as previously described [28,29,30]. Cells were seeded in culture plates at a density of 5 × 10⁴ cells/cm² and maintained at 37 °C in a humidified atmosphere including 5% CO₂. The culture medium was changed every two days.
