The yeast cells were grown in yeast extract peptone dextrose (YEPD) medium overnight to saturation. Undiluted cell culture and 1/10 serial dilutions of cell cultures were spotted onto YEPD plates containing indicated concentrations of camptothecin or MMS. Plates were incubated at 30 °C for 3 d before taking pictures.
