K14-TSLPtg PyMttg and PyMttg mice received an i.p. injection of 750 μg anti-CD4 (GK1.5) and/or anti-CD8 (YTS169.4) or control Ab (anti-rat IgG; Sigma-Aldrich) in the second week of life. The animals continued to receive 250 μg depleting Abs weekly. Anti-CD4 and anti-CD8 Abs were produced by the Protein Production and Purification Facility of the Rheumatic Diseases Core Center (RDCC) at Washington University.
