All experiments were performed in accordance with the guidelines and approval of The University of Chicago Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. Ncr1CreId2f/f, Ncr1CreTcf7f/f, and Ncr1CreId2f/fTcf7f/f mice were bred and maintained on the C57BL/6 background. Tcf7F/F mice were provided by Fotini Gounari (The University of Chicago, Chicago, IL), and Ncr1Cre mice were provided by Eric Vivier (Aix Marseille University, Marseille, France). Experimental mice used were age- and sex-matched littermates whenever possible.
