The CNS was calculated using the formula reported by Lee and colleagues [22]; details are provided in the Supplementary Table S2. For the CNS, ≥40 was selected as the cut-off point to define individuals with a high risk of NAFLD. In this study, groups were classified based on whether their score was ≥40.
