Genomic DNA was extracted using the QIAamp DNA Blood Mini kit (Qiagen). Cycle sequencing was performed on a 3130 Genetic Analyzer using the BigDye Terminator v3.1 kit (Life Technologies). PCR conditions and primer sequences are detailed in Supplementary Table 2.
