Clearing temperatures were estimated using polarized optical microscopy (POM); textures of the samples were observed with an Axiolab Zeiss optical microscope (Carl Zeiss Microscopy, Oberkochen, Germany) equipped with a Linkam TP92 hot stage (Tadworth, UK). An image (Figure S1) of the PECH40 can be found in the Supplementary Materials.
