A DPPH/MeOH solution (0.1 mM, 1.48 mL) was placed in a microtube and treated with a solution of the CA-PHX-NH2 derivative in MeOH (50 µM, 0.2 mL) for 10 min. The absorbance of the DPPH mixture was measured at 516 nm using a UV/Vis spectrophotometer [22].
