rRT-PCR confirmed or clinically probable COVID-19
Requiring FiO2 > 0.6 to maintain SpO2 >92% (88-92% in COPD)
Not suitable for intensive care unit escalation or invasive ventilation with DNAR in place, based on Clinical Frailty Score (CFS) and existing guidelines. Decision recorded on admission, before commen- cement of treatment
