In order to determine stress-coping strategies, the Polish version of the MiniCOPE was applied.63 The Mini-COPE consists of 28 statements, which are divided into 14 categories of coping with stress: active coping, planning, positive reframing, acceptance, sense of humor, turning to religion, seeking emotional support, seeking instrumental support, self-distraction, denial, venting, substance use, behavioral disengagement, and self-blame.
