RNA extraction and RT-qPCR

Total RNA was extracted from human pituitary adenoma tissues, 293T cells and xenograft tumor in nude mice using with TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, USA). We used High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) to perform reverse transcription according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The primer sequence is shown in Table 2. Quantitative PCR (qPCR) was performed and relative quantities of each gene were analyzed according to previous research.
