Generation and propagation of patient-derived organoid cell cultures (PDOD)

Organoid cells were generated from stage 3 metastatic cancer tissue and cultured as previously described.9,18,19 The cultures were passaged when the aggregates reached a diameter of approximately 800 µm. Organoids were treated with 15 µM AGP, 0.5 mM MLT, or both for 48 hours. Treated and untreated organoids were subjected to morphological analysis and immunofluorescence for Ki67 expression.
