Lipids (10 mg) were dissolved in 0.1% TMS in CDCl3 (100 μL) and placed in a 5 mm NMR tube (Norell, Landisville, NJ, USA). The acylglycerol composition was analyzed using a Bruker Advance III 600 MHz NMR spectrometer (Bruker Corporation, Billerica, MA, USA), and the signals of TAG, DAG, MAG, and TMS from 1H-NMR spectra were identified [31,32,33,34]. TMS was used as a reference to calculate the TAG, DAG, and MAG of each lipid in μmol or mmol% units.
