Evaluation of editing efficiencies on the USH2A and Alb locus was done via TIDE (Tracking of indels by decomposition)58 analysis. Targeted-specific amplicon products were generated with 50–100 ng template DNA and primers spanning the target site (listed in Supplementary Table 3). Indels were identified via decomposition of quantitative trace data with the TIDE software (https://tide.nki.nl), using default parameters.
