Pure HAMA, GelMa, and hybrid scaffolds were subjected to unidirectional compression tests in a tensile bench with a 30 kg load cell (TA.TXPlus, Stable Micro Systems, Ltd., Godalming, UK) at a crosshead speed of 1 mm/min. All the experiments were performed at room temperature (25 °C), atmospheric pressure, and 45% relative humidity. Young’s modulus (E) was calculated from the slope in the linear section of the stress−strain curve at low strains (<20%). Three replicates were used for each hydrogel composition.
