Thermal Stability Measurement by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) using a Microcal VP-DSC scanning microcalorimeter (MicroCal, UK). Briefly, BsAbs with 0.25 mg/ml were filtered by 0.22 μm filter and added to the sample wells. DSC measurements were performed at a 60 °C /h scan rate from 25 to 95 °C and data were analyzed by MicrolCal Origin 7.0 (Origin-Lab Corp.,MA). The Tm value indicated the midpoint temperature of the thermal unfolding transition of antibody.
